PIGEON is creator owned and operated. We’re a small operation, independent, and putting the creator first in everything that we do.

A creator is the street busker, graffiti artist, local skate shop, record shop, the independent artist that has turned what they love to do into a flourishing way of life. All of which is too often overlooked in the everyday hustle, much like those rats with wings we see across the city. How did they end up where they are? What is their day to day like while creating? We choose to dive deeper into those stories and share them with the world, because sometimes you never know how much you’re actually doing unless you step back and take a look. You may even see that your journey is fairly similar to someone else.

We just launched our first issue that is focused on Los Angeles, California. For this first issue we focused on artists, musicians, fashion designers, and local businesses that take traditional ideas and learn how to mix them with the madness of today, all while finding success in their own way. As we look forward at what’s to come in this journey of publishing and story telling, we hope that you join us in it. After all, flipping through a book just feels so much better than endlessly and mindlessly doom scrolling.
